Vias Plage is a tiny little place very near to Agde and le Cap d’Agde in the Languedoc-Roussillon, and roughly 12 KMs away from the Beziers, the capital of the department.
A tip here for those of you browsing for a summer camping holiday in the region for 2012, especially if you love sunbathing and swimming; the bay between Cap d’Agde and Vias Plage has the warmest water in the Languedoc, and though you will certainly find beaches in the area with better facilities, as an overall package this beach beats the lot!
It is a popular Languedoc beach, well sheltered but easily accessible even in the summer high season. It has golden sand and is counted as one of the top 5 best beaches in the Languedoc, so that means it is something special!
In the heart of Vias Plage there are beach bars, shops, cafes and restaurants – and car parking too. Yes, you really need a car on a holiday to this part of the world, and self drive holidays are the best of all, but you can do fly drive packages and hire a vehicle at the airport in France.

Club Farret is a 5 Star parc and a part of the Yelloh! Village chain of campsites lying as it does at the very centre of Vias Plage with direct access to a long golden sandy beach. It is a large and lively parc with superb facilities and organised activities and entertainment suitable for all ages throughout the season.
There is a lovely pool complex, which includes an indoor spa, surrounded by a large sunbathing area and a restaurant plus a pirate themed bar with panoramic view. A road leads from the parc directly to the beach.
